3Your details

What does the monthly fee cover?

Hosting on our servers, HTTPS, security updates and uptime monitoring. It starts when your site launches and is charged to your card automatically.

How do changes work?

Changes are billed per change, not per month. Every package includes 5 changes in total (text, photos, prices, small layout tweaks). After those, each change is billed once at your package's per-change price. Pre-paid changes bought at checkout cost less than buying them later, and they never expire while your plan is active.

What counts as a change?

One request like "update our hours", "swap these photos" or "add this product to the menu". New pages and new features are quoted as add-ons instead.

What happens after I check out?

Your temporary website (yourbusiness.imtheguy.org) goes live right away with a "coming soon" page. We email you a link to set your password, add your company details and e-sign your agreement. The Order Form lists exactly what you bought. Then we start building, and connect your own domain at launch.

When do I pay?

50% of the one-time total today by card. The balance is invoiced when your site launches, and the monthly plan starts then too. Your card is kept on file securely with Stripe for those charges.

Who owns the site?

You own your content, brand and domain. We license the design and code while you're on a plan, and you can buy the site outright any time.

Can I change packages later?

Yes. Upgrade any time and you only pay the difference.
