Our services

Descriptions on this site are general. The scope, price and timeline of any website, software, IT or other project are set in a written proposal or agreement, which controls over anything on this site.

Ownership

Unless a written agreement says otherwise, I'm The Guy LLC owns and controls the design and code it creates, including websites, and licenses them to the client. Clients own their content, brand and data. A client can buy a website's design and code outright; only then may it be exported.
